Once your request is reviewed, weβll send you the return instructions and shipping address.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, the replacement item will be delivered within 10 days.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned item, weβll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
