Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• In case of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• If you are from a location not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹800

• For orders below ₹800, a flat shipping fee of ₹80will be applied.

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may carry an additional charge of ₹`100 advance.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

• You can track your package using this link until it reaches you.

Undeliverable Packages

• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

• We can reship the package after confirming updated details. Extra shipping charges may apply.
